Mission and Values

Mission:

The mission of the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing is to provide leadership to improve health care and advance the profession through education, research, practice, and service. Faculty and graduates of the School will set the highest standards for patient care, exemplify leadership, be sensitive to changing societal needs for nursing care, be sensitive to changing societal needs for nursing care, be committed to health care for all individuals and populations, and provide a positive and innovative force in the evolution of the nursing profession and the changing health care system.
