It is the Johns Hopkins University's policy that all students maintain
adequate health insurance coverage. Students entering the Johns Hopkins
University School of Nursing during the summer 2007 session will receive
health services at University
Health Services (UHS) on the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus if they choose
to participate in the Student Health Program offered through the University.

Student Plan Description 
Currently enrolled students will continue to receive health services at the
Student Health and Wellness Center on the Homewood campus see contact
information and explanation of services below) through the summer. Beginning
with the fall 2007 semester, all student health services for School of
Nursing students will be provided by
University Health Services. Students must submit evidence of comparable
health insurance or enroll to SHP.
Enrollment forms will be mailed to all students, 60 days prior to student's
first semester and in July for all returning students. Students who wish
more information regarding the SHP, please complete our
request form or call Student Accounts Office at 410-955-1243.
Students who maintain there own insurance plan please complete the
online waiver form.
