Denelle Alton, Admissions Counselor

 

Denelle Alton, Admissions Counselor (left). Although new to the SON, Denelle was previously employed at the JHSPH & SOM. Her current responsibilities include local and national recruitment for the SON and assisting current and prospective students with their academic needs.

George Anagnostou, Computer Support Specialist

 

George Anagnostou, Microcomputer Support Specialist (right). George joins Steve Klapper, Matt Chin, and Devin Wilson as SON Microcomputer Support Specialists. His responsibilities consist of maintaining and supporting the computer needs of the students, faculty, and staff of the SON.

Chun Cha Aye, our new night time housekeeping supervisor. She comes to us from the Homewood campus, and is very pleased to be working in our beautiful building. Chun replaces supervisor Melvin Hodges, who recently moved to a larger SOM building.

Nicole Blake, Student Services Assistant, Registrar's Office. Nicole is a graduate of Portland State University, and previously worked in the Registrar's Office at Cornell University.

Richelle Bolyard, Senior Research Program Coordinator. Richelle Bolyard is the Senior Research Program Coordinator for a study of workplace violence against nursing personnel in the Johns Hopkins institutions. She is also assisting Dr. Jacquelyn Campbell with her Danger Assessment training website.

Daksha Brahmbhatt, Nurse Educator. Daksha will develop and manage the Research Coordinator Training Program and assist in curriculum development for other programs. Daksha comes to IJHN from the Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she has worked extensively in disaster preparedness and relief efforts and training programs, and from the emergency department at JHH, where she works part-time as Nurse Clinician.

Rosemarie Englund-Previte, Senior Administrative Assistant to Associate Dean for Research, Dr. Jerilyn Allen. She replaces Kate Lindenstruth who is transitioning back to Dr. Allen's research team. Rose is a graduate of San Diego State University. She previously worked at MIT as an administrator in the Microsystems Technology Laboratories.

Kimberly Hill, Senior Research Program Coordinator


Kimberly Hill, Senior Research Program Coordinator. Kimberly serves as the Project Coordinator for the Domestic Violence Enhanced Home Visitation Study (DOVE). She returns to the School of Nursing after previous experience as Project Coordinator on the A+ Asthma Rural Partnership study in the SON's Center for Nursing Research.

 

Ravi Kathirithamby, Administrative Coordinator, Center for Nursing Research. Ravi comes to SON from the Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences at the JHU School of Medicine. Ravi will manage the day-to-day operations of the CNR including assisting faculty and doctoral students with the process of applying for research funding.

Gugu Mchunu, Ford Foundation Fellow and visiting doctoral student from the University of Kwa Zulu- Natal.  Gugu's studies focus on workplace health promotion.

Janet Selway, Instructor. Janet left the SON in June 2005, and was rehired as a full time instructor as of January 2006.

Donzie Spears, Budget Analyst/Payroll Assistant, comes to the SON from the Eastern campus and brings 15 years of Central Payroll experience.
