Students are Earning Second Degrees to Enter Nursing
Two-thirds
of the class of 2008 already hold a bachelor's degree and many pursued other
careers before nursing.
$1.5 Million Grant to Continue Clinical Nursing Leadership Program
The Helene Fuld Health Trust
again has funded JHUSON’s Fuld
Leadership Fellows Program, which matches 40 undergraduate students
each year with mentors from the inpatient hospital setting.
Jacquelyn Campbell Named Pathfinder Distinguished Researcher
Dr. Campbell has been
recognized by the Friends of the National Institute
of Nursing Research for her leadership in intimate partner violence
research.
Maureen George,
PhD, RN, AE-C Appointed to Faculty
Maureen George has worked as
an advance practice nurse in lung disease since 1986 and is an expert in
asthma care. She will teach in the BS and MSN programs.
