Joint Appointments: JHU School of Medicine, JHU Bloomberg School of Public Health in the Department of Environmental Health Sciences, Johns Hopkins Minority Asthma Research Center. Membership in the National Asthma Education Prevention Program (NAEPP) Coordinating Committee representing the American Nurses Association and the NAEPP preschool subcommittee. Principal investigator for the NIH, NINR (1R01NR05062-01A1) Research study, ?A+ Asthma Rural Partnership.? Co-investigator for the NHLBI ?A+ Asthma Early Intervention for Asthma Management.? ?Adherence Interventions for Minority Children with Asthma? and ?Nebulizer Intervention in Minority Children with Asthma.?
