Home Visitation Intervention (DOVE) Project
Eligibility
The DOVE research team is recruiting pregnant women for a
nurse home visitation program.
Purpose: To test an
evidenced-based home visitation intervention designed to reduce intimate partner
violence and keep pregnant and postpartum women & their children safe.
Eligibility Requirements for Participants at Maryland & Missouri Sites
- 18 years of age or greater
- 31 weeks gestation/pregnant or less
- Currently experiencing Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) or
- Experienced IPV in the last year with a past or current partner
- Agrees to participate in a nurse home visitation program
Monetary Gifts are given to participants enrolled in the
DOVE research study for each visit completed with a research team member.
